It's a little harder to get in and out of the lot due to the location, so long as you're not in a hurry it's fine.

Those car hauler trailers are the freaking cream de la cream we had the car up in less than 5 minutes
Alden CI was doing a Sunday drop-off when they were closed, and there was a chain across the entrance that threw me off severely. Customers should be warned what to expect here in the off hours so they are not surprised like I was. Once I figured out what was going on, all was fine.

kelly bdid a 1 way and when drooped off Friday 455pm in SEVIERVILLE Tn early I did not get a receipt until Saturday 0925 and it was 2 days early drop off. I should have gotten an adjustment as my original pick up date was Wednesday- Sunday however used Wed-Friday only. Please look into this and let me know as not happy with drop off location. The 2 females and 1 male inside was sitting around and 1 male who directed me just directed me where to drop it and went inside. I was told how you receive a receipt in one hour however I did not receive any receipts at all until the next day. At 9:25 AM.. I should be adjusted for the two days. I did not use it.
