Prices online were not the same when I picked up. The insurance, the cost of truck, the safemove. Everything quoted online was less tyen when I picked it up. The truck had dirt inside the back. The lock on the back door was very hard to unlock. The ramp kept sticking. Couldn't pull all the way out, then wouldn't shut completely.
