i reserved a appliance dolly and it was not ready with my truck rental. I had to go to 2 other UHaul locations to get the dolly I needed

KEVIN VIt was a pain in the butt to get and return. My phone almost dies checking in and out. Think the agents should to it I should not have to take 10 pics to return vehicle after hours. The sites job not mine
FREDERICK GThe tire tie down was ripped when I unfurled it. The individuals who had it before me did not have integrity to mention it to the U-Haul employees, so I had to jerry-rig it. It worked.

JERRY BTeam was very confused when calling there to arrange payment and pick up. I would get a different answer from each person or referred to the website that did not have the information. Was difficult to add items such as boxes etc. through the website. The day before the pickup the pickup location was changed, further adding to the confusion. When we arrived at the new pick up location, the staff was unaware of the reservation.

It was the best experience I've had in over 40 + years! The "only" improvement that I recommend, is bigger signage...because the location is perfect for that entire area! Thanks again, U-Haul! RENEE RThe truck had motor oil spilled all in the bed of the truck when I picked it up. The guy working there did give me some blankets to lay over the oil which actually was a big help Only had 1/4 of a tank of gas also. Maybe thats how they do it here . I'm used to having a full tank when you pick it up so that you just fill it back up before bringing it back instead of trying to guess on the amount of gas to put back in.
JERRY BU-haul broke down. Vehicle had terrible maintenance.
NATHAN EExcellent customer service. The young lady that checked us out explained everything really well. When we got our final receipt, there were no added, hidden, or surprise charges, which I’m always worried about with rental places.
BRENT MThis location had polite personal who were efficient and accommodating. My only suggestion is for better signage to draw ones attention to the location which is at the rear of the property.

Ana BWhen I arrived for my pick up appointment, I was told the system was down. I asked if the woman behind the counter would text me when I could come back. About 30 minutes before the store closed at 5, I called. She said yes, the system was back up and I could come in. She said she wasn't able to text me, then asked if I got the text to upload my license. When she gave me the keys to the truck she pointed to where it was parked. I had trouble with the gear shift and went back to the store for help at 4:52. She had already closed up and left! I knocked on the front and back doors. I called and left a message. I finally got the truck in gear. No one from the store called to follow up. While on the freeway the next day, I notice I can't see the traffic on the passenger side because the mirror was DUCT-TAPED together and the sun was melting it!!!! It was very dangerous. We had trouble getting the ramp all the way back in too. It was not customer friendly and the truck was in bad shape. I have been a UHaul customer for 20 years and would like a refund.

Oliva LThe app does not work to access location. I had to go into the office to check out the truck as the app has bugs and it was not working. It keep in saying I was not at the location.
daisy cNot enough dollys. I paid for 6 only 3 were available so I had to take an appliance dolly and I was charged full price. truck had a door with the entire plastic falling off every time I opened it. Like the ENTIRE weather stripping.
Marilyn TErnie went above and beyond to help us when the dollies we had in our order weren’t available. Our move was very stressful when we were relying on the dollies to move heavy furniture, and Ernie was able to get us what we needed ASAP. His customer service was top notch and we are incredibly grateful for his professionalism and assistance with our move. THANK YOU!!
