The guy who helped us with the rental was friendly, professional and very helpful. He gave us full instructions about returning the equipment after hours. Unfortunately, it was such a busy weekend that we couldn't remember exactly what he had told us. We called the U-haul help line and she helped us out. My only suggestion would be to include written instructions for after hours returns.
