I reserved a furniture dolly and two regular dollies on the website and when i showed up they didn't have them. Led to significant hardship during my move.

JOEL DI had a 7am pick up scheduled which was confirmed 2 days prior. However, when we went to the location to pick up the vehicle, it was not assigned to us in the app. Upon calling, we were informed that the workers neglected to assign the vehicle to us or place the appropriate key in the lockbox for us to retrieve. We were informed that we had to go back 2 hours later (a 25 minute drive each way) in order to speak with a worker. We got there and it took the worker at least 20 minutes to even come to the front desk. The move was to Virginia, meaning that leaving as early as possible was imperative, and because of the ineptitude of this location, we were set back around 3 hours. Also, the person we spoke to on the phone stated that they have this conversation with customers at let 4-5 times a week, meaning that this is a common occurrence - completely unacceptable!

JOHN PTo start my rental was an hour late because there was no one to help me retrieve my key for almost an hour. The trucked smelled of cigarettes and garbage. Never using this service again. Terrible.
Cesar OI wouldn't recommend this location due to no staff being available. That location specifically only works via the app, but when you're making the reservation it gives you the option to either have a staff there or use the app. It doesn't make sense if no one really works there. Also, if there are any issues with the application process again, there's no one there for me to contact

PATRICK CI sent them this question regarding my invoice, no one has bothered to answer me, I will have open a dispute with my credit card company. Why am I being charged a fuel service fee, and a fuel charge I Put $15 worth of fuel in the tank, before I returned your vehicle, which is approximately 5 gallons???
LEON BThe person who helped us was aggressive, very unhelpful and not friendly, the truck did not have the gasoline that she said was half a tank and there was less than there was.

AMJAD CI had rented a utility dolly, an appliance dolly and a furniture dolly. I had received a call from u-haul relating they would be inside the truck, however there were no Dollie’s in my truck. I took photos via the app and asked not to be charged. Yet on my invoice today I was still charged. The furniture pads were enclosed in a package with no seal, however since we used some I had to check I broke the green seal. No one from the location called me about my concerns. Truck has preexisting damage as well. Truck barely had any pickup and smelled of burning oil.

JEFFERSON ZBecause they did not provide a paper receipt because it would be sent to my email address. I have not received it, at this point I doubt that they will send me one. I suspect I was over charged.

JOEL DWe had to track someone down at the location to turn truck in to and give keys. Within 15 minutes of dropping the truck off I received a call asking if we had the keys. They seemed very disorganized and there was no clear marking on where to drop the truck upon arrival.
Hayoung KIt was a sketchy area to go to in the evening alone and the van was not left clean. The check in while standing there took too long to have made a mobile reservation

JOEL DThe agent at the counter did not even look at the van I was returning. She was friendly and quick. I worried that - however unlikely this might be - if someone had damaged the van after I left, I wouldn't be able to prove it wasn't my responsibility. Happily, that didn't happen and the return was very eady.

Ezra PA bit more light in the parking area and to check vehicles if possible in between uses. Especially for fluids. Oil changes, windshield cleaner, etc. Other than that easy to locate.
