Richard OThe van was not cleaned, in fact someone left a sticky substance on the passenger side of the van and there was a tremendous amount of ants. I just want to note the young lady who assisted me with the rental was so lovely. Had a pleasant attitude and made the experience quite pleasant.

Dashon GAngie at the front desk was kind and professional. She answered all my questions. The advertisement was somewhat misleading. I believed I would be paying $19.95 for the rental and $30 for insurance. However, the bill was over $100. That was a bit shocking. Overall a very good experience.
