Merina KThe trucks were full of snow. I had to help them to clean up the truck I was renting. It took around an hour to clean it up and I had to help them to clean it though I was the customer. However, I don't mind help but the customer representative at the location wasn't helpful at all.

utsav mTruck was clean but sounded like it was about to break down on me… location was interesting, to say the least… Instead of using the front door, I was made to go around to the sketchy back alley of the location to an ominous garage door. Once opened for me, i was greeted by the sound of wailing goats in the garage, where the gentleman checking me in confined that he was, in fact, raising baby goats at the location. Very bizarre U-Haul pickup experience. Further, the truck had just over a quarter tank of gas in it when I picked it up which, in my opinion, is unacceptable. These trucks should be full upon pickup as it’s next to impossible to judge how much gas was used. I actually ended up over fueling the truck when I returned it, which Im sure I won’t be refunded for. This is a terrible system in which U-Haul wins and the customer loses. Not a great experience.

Austin RArrived to what seemed to be an abandoned parking lot 20 minutes prior to my booking. Only to find no assistance and a cigarette smelling unlocked vehicle that was supposed to be mine for the day. Key was nowhere to be found and the application didnt give me any codes for the lock or location of said lock. After trying all 5 phone numbers on the building with no response or answer I called the U-Haul customer service. Then was on hold for 20 minutes before connecting with an agent that had the information about the lock that was being withheld from me. My reservation was delayed 45 minutes total and I had spent over an hour on location with no one around aside from 2 other customers in the same situation. After all of this my bill was astronomically higher than I had anticipated for a single days use of the vehicle. I personally purchased wipes and spray to clean the vehicle before it was suitable to be driven at my own expense. I hope you are able to find a solution to this because it was the worst rental experience I have ever had.

Caesar NLock information was unclear. Lock was actually on the truck and not in a lock box by the office door. Mall area was not clean and looked 'sketchy'. App took some time to process - I am sure it would be easier the second time.

Madison KWe rented the uhaul from old kennedy station and we reached there on time and due to their mistake we have to waste 2 hours over there . After trying several time we were able to get connected with uhaul service and they told us to visit eglington address which was 30 minutes away. Over there we got the uhaul at 10:15 pm instead of 8:45pm. It was really disappointing. Even they told us that they will charge us according to kennedy location but they didn’t do that.
Amandeep KThe operator of this Location is unfaithful and untrustworthy because i showed him the Gas Guage was below 1/2 tank and he told me not to worry i was fooled because he was a Muslim Brother if not i would have requested the tank to be filled up to max.I returned the truck with the same Level of Gas and I was still charged extra 7 Litters of Gas,Secondly he was not punctual of time.

Mercy AInspect the van with the customer, confirm the gas gauge and cleanliness of the vehicle. SHOW UP ON TIME. The dealer was an hour late which meant that we were late starting and ended up missing the closure of the dump by 5 minutes so we have to rent another van tomorrow.

Nice guy but very unprofessional, instructions were not clear and the truck literally had an empty tank. Only positive was that the truck was clean and ran fine.

jamie pHe changed my drop off point. He tried to change it to a one day instead of two. He changed the mileage agreement and I was way over charged. There should have been no charge for mileage. He wasn’t there when we arrived. We waited 45 minutes to get our truck. The dolly was not in the truck as agreed. We have been way overcharged. Dreadful service. Will never rent uhaul again or recommend it.

Micheal FThe fuel tank was empty when I rented the van. The dealer said he gave me 23$ fuel credit to fill out the tank. Which I did. And returned the van with more than 23$ gas in the tank. The dealer indicated the file level was low. According to them then they gave 23$$ credit to fill the 25% of the tank as at 2.225$/ltr gas price. And at 2$/ltr gas price it’s like 12lts gas. Which means a 9’ cargo tank takes only 48lts gas max. Are you kidding me? Who came up with that calculation? And I was charged 20$ extra for nothing. The dealer will always force you to bring the van back quickly, rent for 2-3 hours etc. really terrible experience for the dealer’s stupidity and carelessness to wrongfully indicate that I returns the vehicle with less gas..

RABI DThe business is undergoing a renovation and it is only when you arrive that a sign on the door says you have to make an appointment to see the contact person, when the hours of operation state online that they open each day at 9:00 pm. No receptionist is available at any point to help. I was delayed by 1 hour and 30 minutes and arrived late to my scheduled event due to the delayed customer service.

Daniel GDO NOT give the insurance coverage without asking. I rented the the van for a small job and drove exactly 10km. I didn’t ask for the insurance and yo guys also didn’t ask if need the insurance. I still got charged for it .
ARITRABIKASH DLocation was changed 10km away despite booking weeks in advance. Part of my order (which I paid for in advance online) was at the original location and the car was far. The pick up and drop of was sketchy, there was no trolley and this was told me to last minute. I did not sign the contract, the person did it, without telling me remotely. never saw him. Honestly super sketchy and frustrating. Will be following up with UHAUL.

Sicily CTake down the lock boxes outside the door as they are not used because the lock box is now in the truck. This location has no one there to help you. Its always closed. Try fixing it or close it down.

Then I have to again reserve it and get the vehicle. The driver area was clean but the rear area had lot of ear buds lying around and had some dirt.

Michelle RThe manager was late to open up the store about an hour and he was smoking inside the store without a mask, so by the time we went in, the store reeked of cigarette smoke. The truck even smelled of cigarette smoke. Plus I wasn't even the only one waiting- there was a line up and the person in front of me said he was waiting 1 and half hours! Upon returning the truck, there was even more people waiting at the store, and the worker was not even there.
