Aravinda babu P.Wrong truck was put on hold, was over charged for KM, truck was dirty and damaged.
Madison K.We rented the uhaul from old kennedy station and we reached there on time and due to their mistake we have to waste 2 hours over there . After trying several time we were able to get connected with uhaul service and they told us to visit eglington address which was 30 minutes away. Over there we got the uhaul at 10:15 pm instead of 8:45pm. It was really disappointing. Even they told us that they will charge us according to kennedy location but they didn't do that.
