Augusto C.This is a strange location with very little parking—not a good U-Haul site. The van was parked some distance up a busy street, which made it difficult for me to load in my personal effects. When I pulled away, I saw that the van was flashing a warning about low tire pressure in BOTH rear tires. My trip was delayed as I had to not only gas up the van, but also check tire pressure all around and air up the rear tires. Then I had to do this all over again for the return trip. Even then, the warning light continued to flash. When I returned the van, the agent said he was aware of this. SO WHY DIDN'T HE INFORM ME? It was very disconcerting to have to drive and pick up a load thinking that my rear tires were low and losing pressure. Ultimately I was 2+ hours late in returning the van, and the agent charged me DOUBLE the agreed-upon fee. No consideration for the time I spent airing up the tires, let alone the disturbing feeling associated with low tire pressure, which is very dangerous. There is no mention in the contract of being charged a FULL EXTRA DAY if you're just a bit late. Only when I called U-Haul did I get a partial refund. I think I'm entitled to a complete refund for the extra day. At the most, I should pay $9.27 pro-rated fee for the overtime. And really, I should be compensated for the time and aggravation of having to deal with what might have been a very serious safety issue, about which I was never informed.

I didn't like how the location was in a corner store and had people loitering when I dropped it off at the end of the night. The van had maintenance lights blinking to change engine oil and low tire pressure. The front window was difficult to see through because of the dirt. I hope this is fixed for the next customer. Using the van for a couple of hours to drive around town was just fine, but I wouldn't use this for longer trips/moves.

Troy K.I rented a pickup truck to move a sofa from a nearby thrift store to my nearby home. The round trip took less than one hour and totaled 4 miles. When I rent cars, I normally fill up the gas tank before returning the vehicle. Because the gas tank was only 3/4 full at the start, I thought it would be cheaper to just pay the charge for gas consumed. A $12 fee was added onto my electronic receipt for not adding the gas tank. The store clerk insisted that he had told me I had to add the amount of gas that I had used.. i would expect that a more scrupulous person would have warned me that I would be charged $3 per mile if I didn't stop at a gas station and add 1/4 of a gallon of gas to the tank before returning the truck.

Chris G.Store owner is rude, told us credit card information must match the DL. Once we came back with the right DL, he ended up doing exactly what we wanted him to do initially, use one DL and charge a card under a different name (she was present at the location). We had the uhaul only for 2 hours so us going back and forth cost us 30 min of time.

Donald M.Everything went smoothly. No long wait and I was able to park close by. The one confusing thing was checkout. I parked and turned in the key. I asked if I needed to checkout, he said no and that he would email receipt. Which he did, receive after I got home. I did try to checkout after locking vehicle and turning in key, but I didn't realize I needed mileage, photo of mileage, etc. So, at that point I couldn't complete the checkout with no access fee on the vehicle. My suggestion would be to make it clear in the text to checkout / verify equipment before while in the rented vehicle before turning in the key.

Robert L.I chose this location on the basis of Yelp reviews and I was not disappointed. Noe was so kind as to offer to close his shop for a minute so that he could help me put my car into the truck parking spot on the street. When I brought back the truck he offered to give me a bag for all of my accumulated belongings. He is terrific! Unfortunately this location does not have any trucks with pull-down ramps so next weekend for heavier items, I will need to find a different location. If you want a clean, late model pickup with an easy to deal with manager, this is the place to go!

Diego A.There was a problem with communication regarding the link to return the truck. "Before you go", could mean many things. I received it almost immediately after picking up the truck and thought it was a reminder to check the truck before I started my trip. Additionally, when I did drop off my truck (after hours), the location had very bad reception and it meant that it took almost an hour to complete the return on line. This was burdensome.
