The original location was not scheduled correctly online and the scheduler thru the online portal was horrible. She was yelling at me and trying to argue with me. I have never experienced such unprofessional customer service. The location I used was great but I won't use uhaul again due to the horrible online service.

Fuel level was low. (37 miles to empty) Brakes were weak. Passenger side brake light/blinker was out. Empty Kool-aid bottle in the floor board. Trash and debris in the back. (Not a lot, but noticeable.
