I set times for pick up and drop off during hours the shop was supposed to be open, as I prefer to do things in person. Pick up was fine, but drop off the shop was closed. I dropped off between 10:30-11am and their hours were posted as 9am-1pm, but it was locked and dark. I so got a much larger truck than I had booked, which was fine, but I had to put someone else on the booking for driving it as I was very uncomfortable even attempting to drive such a large vehicle.

My only issue is the one person who helped me I found to be rude when he spoke to me. Whatever he still did his job well and helped me so I don't care much .

KURTIS HI ordered a doll with the rental never did get it
Eric MAbsolutely disappointed with the whole process. Was contacted after booking that my pick-up location would have to change but not to worry as I could do mobile pick-up. When I arrive to get my uhaul, mobile pick-up wouldn't work so I had to contact support. They told me this location didn't open until 9 and it didn't offer mobile pick-up. Huh? After waiting 20 minutes for the place to open, I pay for my uhaul only to be told this location doesn't have dolly's or furniture pads as I requested. But don't worry, they didn't charge me for that. Uh...ok?

John HNobody there at 9am when I was supposed to pick up. Owner showed up about 9:20 causing a delayed start to the already delayed day. Also no snow brush in the truck which was an issue given it had just snowed 10". Also, I was re-directed to pick up from this location, but the call to me to confirm came too late to arrange mobile pickup. Though according to the person I contacted when there was nobody at the location, she said I was set up for mobile pickup.
Greg MI sent an email explaining. With pictures. Unit was extremely dirty. Service was rude. Most stressful experience with Uhual ever.
David MTell local dealer that the truck is to be cleaned, (the truck was dirty outside and inside both the cab and box, garbage left inside cab, moving blankets dumped dirty and unfolded) they did not pay attention to detail even after I noted that the truck was dirty. I had to locate and load the rented dolly even though there appeared to be staff available to help to do this and to have cleaned. I further suggest that they should be more accommodating when they are closed on the pickup day. I will avoid them in future.

Bradley RThe first u-haul truck I got was at empty for fuel and stated half when returned so I went the the gas station to fill up turned out the truck hadn’t been inspected and the gas tank was cracked so I lost a $100 in fuel they did give me a different U-Haul at 1/4 tank of gas so I had to spend more money on gas plus it was late now going to pick all my stuff up and the people I hired could only load the truck not unload it and I only had an hour a day after work to unload it and it took me 4 days then wanted me to pay more

Shawna LWhen they state hours of operation and they are closed an hour before the time stated that's a problem. Dumped it off myself and couldn't reach the people till 12 noon the next day.

TERRY WVehicle was in disrepair and dirty. The location we picked up at desk clerk was rude. There was bags of animal carcasses laying on the floor. I have photos. Once on tje road we discovered wiperblades not working. Arrived at storage unit to load our belongings to find the ramp and rear door inoperable. It is obvious this location does not check their vehicles for required maintenance and repair.
Jason HThey were an hour late and gave it to me with almost no gas in it. They also wrote down the wrong milage and gas. I had to correct them.

Keith HI personally would look for a more reliable dealer location. First off I booked the trailer for pick up at 8:00 AM, I received a confirmation from them that it would be ready as requested. I get there and the sign on the door says they don’t open until 9:00. I wait there until nine and no one comes. So I check their website, that says they open at 10:00. The owner operator doesn’t show up until 10:10. Then argues with me about the situation. It was all I could do to not be extremely rude. Long and short is you as a company need to better vet your business partners.

Lisa sVery extremely disappointed that even though I had a 1 way truck booked from Victoria to spruce grove, I was told on short notice of have to rent the truck in spruce grove and round trip it, using twice as much I'm fuel, in ferry costs and 2 nights in a hotel fore and my family and 2 dogs. The experience at progress glass was awesome, but the service on the u-haul side of things was poor 👎🏼
Sean WPick up time was 10 am. We arrived at 10:12. Vehicle was not ready. We spent over 30 minutes before we got the truck. I had a moving crew waiting at the loading point.
Leanne MThe storage space had been cleaned out before I rented the unit but the last renter had muddy shoes. Also, they left the cap off the gas tank!
jason lThe man working behind the counter was completely incompetent. He had no knowledge whatsoever of any rentals or any idea what he was doing. He literally said "I dont know, I'm just clicking next, next, next". The man in front of me in the line had been waiting for almost 2 hours for a rental he had prepaid for and the representative did not know how to release the truck to him.
