My 20 foot truck was avaiable when I arrived at the agreed time. The gentlemen at the Progress Glass was very friendly & easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend to rent a Uhaul here. As always do your due dilengence, take pics on the exterior & interior before/after driving vehicle and also ensure an extras you order (blankets, carts, boxes, etc) are in the vehicle.
Jonathan HThe UHAUL we rented was dirty inside the cab. The steering wheel was sticky, and there was a plastic cup with red liquid in the cup holder. The flooring was also dirty. Obviously not cleaned between customers. In addition, the fuel had not been filled. It was under 1/4 tank. We were told to return it with the same amount of fuel. As we only drove 39 miles, we put $15.00 in the tank and brought it back up to the same point on the gauge. Even though we did this, the Rental Pick Up/Drop Off location, charged us a $30.00 Fuel Service Fee AND a Fuel Charge of 26.98, which is totally inappropriate. We are demanding a refund of $57.00 AND an apology. We took photos of the fuel level and odometer at pick-up and at drop off. As such, we can prove that Progress Glass is cheating UHAUL Customers, and giving UHAUL a bad reputation.
Yordan VPoor excuse on how to run a company. Made a order, had to go in for uhaul to tell me no truck was available till after the fact. Rescheduled for another location for your people to set it up as a counter pick when the companies closed (made days in advance). To even changing the drop of location as im on the way back. Poorest excuse on how to run with shit communication. Uhaul will never be used by me again, ill take my money else where. Would rather use a horse n buggy to move then u haul. Its not these small vendors fault its whos running the show.
