I personally would look for a more reliable dealer location. First off I booked the trailer for pick up at 8:00 AM, I received a confirmation from them that it would be ready as requested. I get there and the sign on the door says they don’t open until 9:00. I wait there until nine and no one comes. So I check their website, that says they open at 10:00. The owner operator doesn’t show up until 10:10. Then argues with me about the situation. It was all I could do to not be extremely rude. Long and short is you as a company need to better vet your business partners.

No contact with personnel - evening Key drop
