Dealing with the pick-up and drop off locations we were very pleased with. It was the knowledge or I should say lack of knowledge and skills from the help centre. We had a very unpleasant time dealing with the help centre. They did not know if they were coming or going.
Richard WTruck was not clean outside and in cab. Fuel was very low. Ran fine.
