No one was there. I phone them and he told me where to put the trailer. I figured it out the I was to go to U-Haul app to do the drop off procedure. I did that and it looks like everything worked out. Thanks

Steven RI’ve been overcharged I’ve called twice about it and it still hasn’t been taken care of or fixed and there was also no dolly that I had reserved weeks prior, when my wife called to ask a question she was talked over and hung up on you couldn’t have a worse location to be honest. Not impressed I still have yet to call for a third time to have the correct amount charged
