Nose porque caminas 2 cuadras con el carro y te marca 1 milla y la gasolina se acaba rápido esa mentira se lo meten a cualquiera que no tenga carro pero afortunadamente en el país completo todo el mundo tiene carro y saben que en 17 millas uno no se gasta más de Tanke y medio y eso es lo que me pasa a mi cada ves que dispongo de este servicio

ISMAEL GDue to the new authentication process with the checking in it was a little challenging for me as I wasn’t explained prior to picking up the vehicle. Also the dropping off process was a bit much as all of that wasn’t explained either. I would recommend services but I’d have to explain the process as it was a little difficult but I did have a representative that was helpful and very patient with me during the entire process. I survived it.
Prestina WThe vehicle broke down 2 times once in middle of road and send time while loading. I wasted 2 hrs just for vehicle to get fixed. I need some discount in price for the bad vehicle that you guys gave me.
ARVIND KThe truck was actually a bit dirty. I did not take pictures, unfortunately. I had to sweep out dust and gravel before loading my things into it. Minor issue. The process for pick-up and drop off is convenient, but I think if someone were not tech savvy, they would need help.
naida cWhen i went to pick up the truck, the system gave me the password for 2 different boxes and both the boxes did not have the keys. Upon checking in with Customer Service, they gave me the password for the 3rd box and thankfully the third box had keys in. I don't understand how two boxes did not have keys. The location may have not put in the keys in the locker from the drop key box which is why I will not use that location for pick up again. When we finally got keys and started the truck, two of the wheels had less air and I was getting the message for less air. I reached out to customer service and they said they would send road service and it would take an hour for them to get to me. People who answered the phone for customer service were horrible, they were of no help at all and kept saying they could not do anything and the only thing that they could do was transfer my call to 24/7 truck service. I am sure that I will not be using UHaul again and the terrible service will also be shared with my company that I work for and that we rent a lot from the University of Miami.

KARL NOnly problem with vehicle was leaking Tire. Requires air to be added every day.
Thomas SI was charged for 2 days of rental and 2 days of insurance because I did not return the truck thru the mobile app. I am a loyal customer but this would be my 1st time picking up a truck from the lockbox and never been told to return thru mobile app. The truck was returned in 8 hours and that can be verified by your cameras. Cassandre BMissing Dolley that I had selected and paid for. Was told one thing by one representative over the phone regarding picking up the truck, and a different thing by another later. App always freezing when trying to do the return procedure.
