This is an online pickup place that uhaul neglected to tell me this was an online pickup. The agency is closed on the weekend. They are an insurance company and should not be renting uhauls.
STEPHANIE RI went to rent a 10 foot box truck and the first one I received had a headlight bulb that was out and it was overheating. I had to drive back and request a new truck as I received another 10 foot box truck and this one had a check engine light on it was running really rough like it was misfiring, once again I drove back and the only other truck they had was a 15 foot box truck and this one had a bad air conditioner that will blow warm air. I drove like this for a whole week. Very disappointed in the condition of the vehicles. Definitely the first and last time I’ll be renting vehicles from this location.
