I have a complaint about the charges,I returned the cargo van full tank, did 41 miles,used from around 12:30 to 6:15 ,declined insurance and was charged more than 15 ft truck I rented on the 20th May covering similar distance and had for a longer period of time.

The driver or rental person for me spilled oil or some form of a sticky tar like in the haul/trailer location inside the back of the truck which got on my furniture and shoes.
Elaine HWhen I arrived to pick-up the truck, the lady was very helpful as the app wasn’t working properly. I dropped the truck back off around 2PM, however it wasn’t processed until around 5; as that’s when I received the receipt email and the charge notification for $1.27 from my credit card. When I called to see why, the guy that answered the phone was very rude. He asked the other person, “why was this lady charged an extra $1.27?”. It wasn’t what he asked, it was how he asked it. As if I were crazy to call and inquire about MY money.
