The inside of the trailer was dirty and had not been swept out from the previous use. I’m not expecting it to be immaculate but at least swept out. This is how I returned it - I swept it out.

David BI believe that I was overcharged. I rented the truck on Friday afternoon and returned it Saturday afternoon. When I received an email summary, it showed that I returned the truck Monday morning! If I would have been told this at the beginning, I would have gone elsewhere, as I certainly didn't plan on spending $150 for a vehicle that was advertised as $19.99 per day plus mileage.

Sam CIt's a nice location because there's a gas station right around the corner - very helpful for unsuspecting uhaul customers who forgot to gas up till the last second (aka me). The location itself is very underwhelming as well, but for drop off it's so much easier and requires a lot less dependence on the employees/staff, so this was far less of an issue for me than the pick up experience.

Ruben BI was sent to the wrong location. I did t get the text telling me the right location till after I was diverted. The new location closed at 430, I requested the Rosemead site which closed at 7. It caused a lot of grief and stress trying to get the trailer back by 430pm after getting a late start because of the wrong place I was told to pick it up.
