I was told mileage included… only to receive an extra charge for an additional 17 miles. Incidentally, I had to drive 9 miles out and back to top up gas as there were no gas stations near the drop off. I asked for drop off in hartsville. Told the closest was Darlington only to find a U-Haul less than 1 mile from where I needed it. Do better.

Equipment at two locations in Marion both had equipment with inoperable safety lights and staff pushed for their use because they met the state minimum standards as their reason. Staff themselves were nice and helpful, but I would have hoped that the equipment had all lights working and once noted that they did not, that they would have fixed on site.
