check out process was very tedious, worst experience i have ever had, With reservation I requested a dolly, I got all the way to where I was going to find out that there was not one, called was directed to 2 uhaul locations to pick up one and both of those places were closed, had to go to a 3rd location far away for pick up and used over 25 miles and was given no consideration for that, was charged way too much. I already have a reservation for Saturday and I am thinking about cancelling that. Will not ever use Uhaul againdeborah D.

The location is in a liquor store in the hood! The system was failing. They do not print receipts . My rental contract did not close until 5:00a when I dropped the vehicle off at 7:50pm. With no receipt.TERRI A.

Customer service was poor. He had an attitude when I picked up the truck and when I dropped it off. Never gave me a receipt/contract. He said someone stole his dolly and that he wasn't going to charge me for it. He ended up charging me for a dolly, furniture pads, and insurance, and I didn't purchase any of those.Lucas M.

This location should not be a UHAUL affiliate. It is in a questionable neighborhood. As a woman, I would not feel safe going alone. I had reserved a truck, dolly and pads. They only had the truck which was dirty and almost out of gas. I didn't get a picture of the dirty truck because I just wanted to get out of the neighborhood. My reservation was for 9am. I arrived on time but the clerk working was unable to help me. I had to wait until 9:30 for the clerk to arrive. I then had to travel to the location I had originally requested to get the other supplies. They was very busy so we waited in line there. The location I picked up the other items from was very accommodating and apologetic for my experience at the other location. You need to keep your customers safety in the forefront!!!Janna P.

This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. They were late 30 minutes then said I used more gas than was even in the vehicle. I was overcharged$100.00Camille M.
The pick up location was a liquor store in a very dangerous location and there were already drunk people coming into the store at 10 in the morning to purchase more alcohol. I felt very uncomfortable. The poor lady at the pick up had no idea what she was doing and it took me 30 minutes to get the uhaul. I thought for at least 10 minutes this whole thing would fall through and I'd be left without a Uhaul. It was just a very odd experience overall. To the lady's credit she was very nice.Lauren M.
