Fast and friendly...
Gregory OThey will not refund my extra money owed to me from my deposit, have been battling to get it for days. Also rented my U-Haul out with out finishing my return then claiming I used a whole quarter tank of gas to go 2 miles. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a U-Haul. The owner answered instantly to rent me the truck, but after days of calling and showing up multiple times I still haven’t heard back or been able to receive my money!
