Need to have better informed employees. I mentionned on the phone I needed a 4wd pickup and the lady said yes. When I arrived I realised it was only 2wd. When I asked the person at the counter, she sent a message to a supervisor (I think) and he replied that the truck was AWD despite not having any front driveshaft or differentials. I was able to carry out what I needed to do anyway but it would have been nice to know in advance since I specified i'd prefer 4wd.Gabriel Q.

This location is no longer open. Upon arrival at the gas station (U-Haul site) we were greeted by a rude attendant telling us that this location had been closed for a long time. We had to find the nearest location and cross our fingers that we could do an online drop-off. The fact that you are listing this location as a valid U-Haul location is ridiculousSCOTT P.

Customer service was poor. Guy was impolite, impatient and entitled. He got mad at us because we did not get his French asgood as we wanted. We were forced to return the truck at thÃ© same location but they wouldnt explain what was the difference for us.Francis R.
