Trucks were new and clean. Employee or technology function of app. Did not jive. I thought app was easy for reservation. Not sure what was issue. Employee continued to ring up other customers trying to figure out app.. Organization of Truck Keys and location of truck was lacking. No Lock on Roll up door clasp like many other truck/ locations .

Didn't seem like the person knew how to navigate on his tablet and he had to help other people with buying groceries and fuel, it took 40 minutes and he didn't help me hook up or drop off.
CRAIG SThe location is remote and in the middle of a housing tract - not sure how much rental business they get? The clerk was absolutely clueless and had no idea what to do when I told him I was there to pickup the 15" truck! He was hard to understand (English was not his primary language) and he had to call U-Haul to figure out what to do, which took about 30 minutes of waiting - I almost walked out! The U-Haul rep on the phone completed the transaction with me and I finally got out of there after an hour plus! Pull their U-Haul License!
