Location was excellent. Store clerk was a big help when U-Haul failed to be available when their system went down and I did not know this. I was very disappointed in U-Haul itself and may not use the company again despite the excellent service at the location.

Great customer service
JONATHAN OThere was trash all around the property. The interior of the truck was not clean. And, I ordered a utility dolly, a furniture dolly, and two sets of furniture pads. The property manager didn’t check beforehand to let me know that they didn’t have any furniture pads. Okay. But, this person also made no effort to help find a store that DID have them. Mind you, U-Haul often doesn’t publish actual local store numbers. Overall, experience could have been better.

JONATHAN OHonestly, best experience I have ever had. Only issue I had was with taking pics due to parking but that’s minor. Everyone was super helpful, the equipment was clean and well maintained, and the gas’s is 10 cents cheaper than anywhere else. Will go back in the future.
Walter WI reserved a trailer with a furniture dolly and moving blankets from a certain location on Cobb Parkway. I was informed that the chosen location would not have the trailer in stock, so U-Haul switched my rental location to another nearby location at Powder Springs Rd. When I showed up, they gave very little help for hooking up the trailer and informed me that they did not have furniture dollies or blankets. I had to end up going also to the original rental location and asking them for the dolly and blankets, costing me valuable time when I should have been loading the trailer. Service level was surprisingly disappointing.
