The truck had almost no gas in it. Thankfully I only needed to move one table about 6 miles round trip. I asked the attendant if I should fill it and have him deduct the cost from the rental and he said that Uhaul handles this with there own pumps and that he isn’t given any money to fuel the trucks. Then, when I tried to check the truck back in and took the picture of the fuel gage the app wanted to charge me $30.25 as a fuel penalty and another $30 for fuel. I’ve done the self check out and check in before. Had good experiences. This one was awkward and overly complicated. I ended up just skipping the app and letting the station attendant check the truck in.

Parking lot access was difficult to maneuver in and the trailer did not have an electrical extension so they had to take from a different trailer. The rep was great but location was not the best.

The lot was tiny and from the main road it didn't even look like a 26' truck would fit in the lot. We had to drive a mile or so around to be able to get the truck in the lot. Going inside it appeared the clerk was high, there was no inspection of the truck made, or anything given to show we had returned the truck. It caused me to loose all confidence in U-Haul.

Gas tank was at 1/4 at pickup. Returned at 1/2. How can I get refund for extra gas

Pretty sure I got charged extra. Also sold drugs at location.
