Good experience though they did not have a furniture dolly and we had to take a larger trailer than necessary due to lack of inventory. The staff is very accomodating and the rental process was efficient. Everyone wore masks which made us feel comfortable.CAROLINE M.

Picking the unit up was handled by Gary, and was awesome ! Drop off was SO terribly handled by the condescending, disrespectful "kid" with the left arm brace there, that I was angry for hours !!! Also, the rental process needs to be faster and more streamlined.Don H.

The chain on the trailer had a bit too much slack in it. The man at Pukall Lumber took up some of the slack, but not enough. Consequently, as we traveled it stretched and then began to drag.Judith F.

The person at Pukall Lumber did not know how to check in customers. I completed the online check in prior to picking up the trailer. Despite the early check in, I waited in line over an hour. I explained my pickup time was 9am and the person told me he had several walks in come in at the same time. Finally, the manager was called in to assist the employee at Pukall Lumber. Several people walked away and were not happy.Lisa S.

This comment us for U-Haul, not the rental location. We reserved a furniture dolly, but during the reservation process we were never informed by U-Haul that this location did not have one available. That is a major flaw in the system that needs to be fixed.Daniel F.
