We have rented several U-Haul Trucks thru Pukall and they always do an excellent job. The exterior of the truck could have been cleaned better. In addition, they waited until we got there to mark damaged areas on the truck exterior.

Al RTruck was dirty, especially the front of the truck and windshield, which was covered with dead bugs. Had to clean it myself when I filled up with gas. And there was no windshield wiper fluid, which is safety issue. However, the man at the counter who we dealt with did an excellent job. There was also an annoyance on the fuel gauge. There was a sticker "speed kills" stuck right over the numbers on the dial. So it was hard to read what speed I was going. You should locate that sticker near the pivot of the needle so it is not blocking the speed numbers on the gauge.
