I can't think of anything that I could improve. The check--in, check-out was perfect. The miles per gallon was better than advertised.
Randall FWe have rented several U-Haul Trucks thru Pukall and they always do an excellent job. The exterior of the truck could have been cleaned better. In addition, they waited until we got there to mark damaged areas on the truck exterior.
