Personnel on staff was helpful physically, but didn't know anything about finalizing my transaction. Told me I would be contacted on Monday by phone.
Have a U-Haul desk sign inside the building so you know which desk to go to when you go inside.
I called this location when I had to fix the error the pick up location made only to be told to call the Uhaul main number. Not very helpful to say the least.
Good experience though they did not have a furniture dolly and we had to take a larger trailer than necessary due to lack of inventory. The staff is very accomodating and the rental process was efficient. Everyone wore masks which made us feel comfortable.

Truck engine light came on after I packed the truck ,which probably wasn't their fault but it was stressful. . Had to repack another truck .They compensated me well
Picking the unit up was handled by Gary, and was awesome ! Drop off was SO terribly handled by the condescending, disrespectful "kid" with the left arm brace there, that I was angry for hours !!! Also, the rental process needs to be faster and more streamlined.
Service at Pukall Lumber and Hardware was very prompt and courteous. An employee was dedicated to assisting U-Haul customers as his primary job and wasted no time focusing on, and meeting our needs. Service was exceptional!

The chain on the trailer had a bit too much slack in it. The man at Pukall Lumber took up some of the slack, but not enough. Consequently, as we traveled it stretched and then began to drag.

The person at Pukall Lumber did not know how to check in customers. I completed the online check in prior to picking up the trailer. Despite the early check in, I waited in line over an hour. I explained my pickup time was 9am and the person told me he had several walks in come in at the same time. Finally, the manager was called in to assist the employee at Pukall Lumber. Several people walked away and were not happy.
Truck was returned the same afternoon that it was picked up. Location was closed because of July 4 holiday. Uhaul app location services did not function. Spent way too long with Uhaul customer service returning vehicle.
This comment us for U-Haul, not the rental location. We reserved a furniture dolly, but during the reservation process we were never informed by U-Haul that this location did not have one available. That is a major flaw in the system that needs to be fixed.

the one strap was too short to tie the wheel down, it will need a new strap
