Clean the U-Haul truck before renting it out. It was disgusting. The cab had sticky pop and spills all over it, the smoke smell was so bad it made my 8hr drive very uncomfortable and felt unhealthy. The back of the truck floor where the door seal meets the floor and the door seal were also sticky with oil and grease and it took me half an hour to clean before I could start loading. Not pleased with the state of the truck or the location. When I arrived I had no idea where the office was located and everything felt very thrown together.

Couldn’t find it. Had to wait in small office with two men which made me uncomfortable. Better signage and customer pick up in an open area please.

RONALD FVery unprofessional. Went to drop off U-haul and no one at the desk. When picking up no clear sign of Punjab Auto. Not even clear on Google Maps. The U-haul was unmaintained and really unhygienic.
PRINCE PHad to go to a different location in Regina- they did not have a standard ball on - shady business!!
