DONALD HThis location is horrible. The customer service was no help at all and barely spoke to you. I asked to rent equipment and no equipment was provided or had any substitutions. When asked for help with the return of the vehicle the rep said he’ll take care of it and I ended up with 190$ in extra charges. This was completely unacceptable and a horrible experience.

LACY SI do not own a smart phone or I-phone.I have a flip phone with only phone compacity. I was bless because the rep behind the desk was understanding and helped with my rental. Great if renting from U-haul could be done via rep or via phone....

Sophia POvercharged and won’t respond to my query as to why, terrible service, wouldn’t let me use their wifi so I could upload ID pictures as I don’t have data, so I had to come back again after going home to upload the pictures.
ETHAN LI had a pleasant experience. The online system made picking up the van easy, and there was an agent on-site to provide the blankets. The location is nothing special—just a gas station—but that didn’t bother me since I was able to get the van on time without any issues. In fact, having the location at a gas station was convenient, as I could refill the tank right before returning the van.

RUBEN CThe drivers side seatbelt smelled like a putrid body odor. I would recommend providing disposable seatbelt covers. So this is not an issue. The front bumper was loose. The truck cabin had trash left in it. I only received 5 blankets when we paid for 6.
J CThe person was not there to give the car. He was away “getting water” for 30 minutes. The vehicle had many damages and was dirty. Upon check in the initial conditions were presented with predatory behavior, where perfect images of vehicle were uploaded as the pictures of the day. So if a costumer agreed, they would be responsible for thousands of dollars. Upon return, the same person refused to give a receipt and said that we have to do an online return despite the time being 3 o’clock in the afternoon. He proceeds to watch videos on his personal phone.

Tyler APaid for a dolly and a hand truck and when I arrived there were none. They told me I needed to fill to 7/8 and when I started the truck it was 3/4 full. Very scammy

Lydia MI already had the truck reserved. So the process of getting the truck was quick. The place to pick it up is a small gas station. The person in charge of the truck had to bring it out from the spot it was in because of narrow small space. As long as you have the app returning the truck was simple but with adding pictures of the returned truck.
KENDELL FWhen I arrived to pick up my truck at 10:45am for my 10am reservation , it was not on site. The person who had it prior was over 45mins late returning it. The person manning the location called the person who said she was stuck in traffic and would return in 30 mins. He said he would give me a call upon its return and would give me a complimentary extension on my rental time which I’d already I reserved for an 8 hour window, so I left. At 12:30pm I still had not heard from the location and returned to find the truck on site. I picked up around 12:45 and upon inspection, the dolly I reserved was not present and the return time was listed as 3 hours later. Again, I reserved for 10am to 6pm and when I reiterated to the gentleman on site he said I only was supposed to have 3 hours but he would extend for me and he then provided the dolly. I was incredibly disappointed by this experience and will not use this location again. I reserved weeks prior and there should have been no reason the equipment wasn’t present upon my arrival.

AMBER WI planned on using the mobile check-in so we could get the truck early at 7 am. This didn’t work as it said there wasn’t a vehicle assigned to me, so we ended up having to wait there until 8 am when the employee started work. After this, he was really great and helped us out tremendously. I then had to call uhaul later in the day to extend the reservation as we got it 1.5 hrs late and they easily did this for us. So a few hiccups, but everyone involved was great.

SERGEI BThe truck had large spray painted graffiti on it, not much you can do about it, it is Bed Stuy Brooklyn, it's inevitable. The attendant I got the key from at the gas station was professional and friendly. Return by app was easy however it was very time consuming to take all those photos. It would be cool if there were larger trucks available if possible.

Akmal QMy truck was completely unacceptable upon retrieval. I took many photos and videos. There was dirt everywhere in both the front passenger portion, and the truck/loading portion. The inside of the car had dirt and sticky substances stained all over the floor, seats, cup holders and steering wheel. The back of the truck had lots of sawdust and dirt all over the inside and outside ledge of the truck that had to be swept out by myself and my partner, which took extra time and work. Not to mention there was human urine on the side of the truck. This truck was not suitable to move things into without it being deep cleaned first. I was appalled and really would like a refund for that portion of my payment.
Deija SThe online reservation and check in service don’t work. When I arrived, 20 minutes after the pickup time, I was told my reservation didn’t have a vehicle assigned. The van had significant damage, wasn’t cleaned, and was in major disrepair.
