Dropped off at 8pm sharp and get an email overcharging me 50 dollars saying I dropped it off at 3am with no way to dispute??? Absolutely ridiculous.

it was clean(ish), but this thing clearly hasn’t been serviced for awhile. i guess this is really a symptom of the neighborhood it’s looking cater in, but having to do it through the app and then having to talk to someone through glass isn’t really my style. in terms of the car: the door doesn’t shut unless you slam it quite forcibly, the brakes aren’t good and make absolutely terrible noises, and the suspension clearly needs work. the car simply is not pleasant to drive, and it feels like you’re fighting it to get where you want it to go. in addition, the door is extremely finicky and opened twice after shutting the latch properly. after that, eventually it stopped opening at all, so some stuff i planned on recycling got stuck in there.

Cheryl WAbsolutely not. The gentleman at the location was anything but. He was incredibly rude during the entire interaction. Did not help or explain questions we had and was confrontational the whole time. We even called customer service for help during the interaction. To see if we could go elsewhere. Otherwise it was fine. Will never go there again.
Cristina CSmall indicator light about tire pressure should be dealt with. I also suggested a better sign out front saying use the app and fill out multiple pages of info to get the key but attendant was helpful to me as he helped other customers. Glad it all worked out!
