Prior to reserving the vehicle, it asked me if I wanted to do mobile check in or deal with person. I selected deal with a person. Upon getting to the location, the representative referred me to do mobile check out. I explained I didn't select that so he check but I ended up doing mobile checkout. The process was extremely long. It took a little 15 mins longer as I kept getting vehicle error or something to that effect. The representative realized that the previous person didn't close the account out so he had to figure out something. I wasn't a fan of the whole mobile check-in process at all

Chance LMake sure the vehicle has gas before renting it out- it was given to me with the tank 1/8 full and Uhaul tried to charge me an extra $30 for that. The person at the front was very helpful to resolve this
