I tried calling the office several times to no avail. Mailbox is full. Gentlemen working behind the counter was very kind and helpful
jacob eDropped off at 8pm sharp and get an email overcharging me 50 dollars saying I dropped it off at 3am with no way to dispute??? Absolutely ridiculous.
Thomas Mit was clean(ish), but this thing clearly hasn’t been serviced for awhile. i guess this is really a symptom of the neighborhood it’s looking cater in, but having to do it through the app and then having to talk to someone through glass isn’t really my style. in terms of the car: the door doesn’t shut unless you slam it quite forcibly, the brakes aren’t good and make absolutely terrible noises, and the suspension clearly needs work. the car simply is not pleasant to drive, and it feels like you’re fighting it to get where you want it to go. in addition, the door is extremely finicky and opened twice after shutting the latch properly. after that, eventually it stopped opening at all, so some stuff i planned on recycling got stuck in there.
