Absolutely not. The gentleman at the location was anything but. He was incredibly rude during the entire interaction. Did not help or explain questions we had and was confrontational the whole time. We even called customer service for help during the interaction. To see if we could go elsewhere. Otherwise it was fine. Will never go there again.
Cristina CSmall indicator light about tire pressure should be dealt with. I also suggested a better sign out front saying use the app and fill out multiple pages of info to get the key but attendant was helpful to me as he helped other customers. Glad it all worked out!
Amie CThe over charged me after they said everything was included I even added more time bc I needed it they chaged me $180 for an extra 1 hour they’re vans smelled like heavy weed smoke there was condom rappers in the van in between the seats they double charged for the tolls after they said they would remove it for the inconvenience
