Overcharged and won’t respond to my query as to why, terrible service, wouldn’t let me use their wifi so I could upload ID pictures as I don’t have data, so I had to come back again after going home to upload the pictures.

I had a pleasant experience. The online system made picking up the van easy, and there was an agent on-site to provide the blankets. The location is nothing special—just a gas station—but that didn’t bother me since I was able to get the van on time without any issues. In fact, having the location at a gas station was convenient, as I could refill the tank right before returning the van.
