Uhaul customer service was the most useless thing I’ve ever experienced. It was not made known that if you were using mobile pickup (outside of business hours) you had to provide two “alternate contacts.” Then uhaul customer service proceeded to HARASS the alternate contacts at 5:30am but calling them five times and hanging up on them. Then they proceeded to harass me and had the audacity to tell me that the alternate contacts weren’t answering - which was FALSE. This entire ordeal JUST TO GET THE KEYS took 45 minutes Into the start of my reservation - which they refused to refund me. It then took another five phone calls to get a hold of someone to extend my reservation because of this delay - and they wanted to them charge me to extend the reservation because of their mistakes. It was the most unorganized and atrocious experience. I will never use Uhaul ever again.


You'll have to look at it after people uses it and make sure it's clean for the next person but all and all it was ok

The woman who works there seems to be racist towards me as an Asian. Really rude, she told me to keep distance from her and self check in which her Co worker ended up helping me instead of her. You should not be hired a racist person during this pandemic. The situation is already bad. I'm not even Chinese but them racist be treating me like I'm some kind of virus carrier.

Every time I rent from Uhaul I mean to complain about this, and I'm finally doing it. Why do you NEED to have two phone numbers? I don't WANT you to have a friend's phone number in your database. I don't HAVE a second phone number, because ... it's 2020. Please get rid of this ridiculous anachronistic policy. I won't rent from you again until you do.

When I returned the vehicle after hours at around midnight, I was approached very aggressively by a man, as if to be mugged. I fled to the window where the gas station employee was, which offered some relief. However, it seems like security could be better here to avoid such things.

The "24 Hour Truck Share" option turned out to be terribly inconvenient. I received an email confirmation with my reservation but it wouldnt show up on my app. I even went by this Uhaul location in person the night before my rental b/c I wanted to make sure that everything was OK and set for the correct time- and they assured me it was. The morning of my reservation, I was unable to check-in via your Uhaul app, I had to ask for assistance and call your corporate number who finally said theres a "glitch in the system" I was an hour late for my work day because of this app glitch.

I was desperately searching for a rental and the attendant at this location managed to get me a list minute reservation. I booked the cargo van originally for 2 days, but then extended it again, then again, then again. Each time I spoke to someone on the phone they were friendly, informative, and courteous. They always emailed me promptly after we'd hang up the phone. I really enjoy the customer service and attention to detail this location provides.
