Nothing. Great Help is hard to find in Brattleboro. Staff at pick and return was phenomenally helpful and welcoming! Due to masks (and my old age) not sure if it was the same person at pickup and return, but my stress level from moving was significantly reduced from the great customer service!

Because Noah's Lane didn't appear as a drop off location on the computer in Stoughton, I was directed to another drop off location in neighboring New Hampshire. I drove my personal car to Noah's Lane to inquire if they still allowed drop off's. They did, however, because my contract indicated another drop off location, I was told that I couldn't drop off at Noah's Lane. The morning I was to drop off the vehicle was snowing. So I went to Noah's Lane to plead my case. The person behind the counter told me that I would be charged a fee for not droping it off in New Hampshire. I hope this will not be the case, as I've always droped the vehicle off at Noah's Lane. Because there was a mixup on the computer, I should not be charged an extra fee.

The tires on the trailer were in unsafe condition. One was bald and the other was weather worn and cracked. I alerted the person who assisted me and he assured me that I would be fine to drive from Vermont to Colorado (1,800 miles!!) on these tires. I was very concerned, but has no other options for a different trailer in the area. After leaving, I called roadside assistance and a man came and replaced both the tires. He commented on how unsafe the condition the tires were in that he had to replace. This is very concerning, as it could have been my life!!! How is this acceptable? I am appalled by the lack of care that UHAUL dealer's have shown in my experience with your company. Both times I have rented a trailer I have been given faulty equipment and subsequently been reassured the trailers/hitch installation/electrical was up to par (none were). In the future I will consider other companies.

The truck dashboard was covered in dirt and the battery was dead. Check your trucks before renting them out and clean them. Why it is the responsibility of the customer to clean your equipment is beyond understanding. We pay good money to rent from what is supposed to be a trusted brand but this truck was not ready to be rented.

I was given excellent equipment for a cross county drive. Unfortunately one of the tires on the car hauler blew on the first day out. Repairs were well done but lost three hours driving time. Please note that not everyone has access to the internet on their phone. Constant reminders to go to the website were frustrating as was the 15 minute wait to talk to a real person. Both the person who answered the phone and the repairman were very helpful. The wait time was frustrating with a long journey ahead.

The truck was available at the time we requested. The vehicle was operable. However there were some minor technical issues. The right side mirror was very difficult to adjust and the right side window didn't easily go up and down. Otherwise it served our needs very well. I might suggest that U-Haul add some non-skid material to their back steps and ramps as it is very slick when wet.

Who dreamed up the ridiculous after hours pickup procedure? You need to call two people, get a copy of my apartment lease agreement (which I don't have,) a copy of my passport? Are you kidding? I've rented cars for over 50 years. If you go to a counter you show driver's license and credit card, both of which I provided. Absolute nonsense.

My phone wouldn't locate me so I called the customer service line. Waited 20 mins and was told I didn't have to do the drop box (the u haul was also at a liquor store so I was obviously a little confused) but I decided I waited this long and I shouldn't be late cause I'll just explain it to them. All they did was try to redirect me to my phone... Which wasn't working... Which is why I called. I just hung up and went inside and dropped it off. I was then changed almost $60 extra for an extra day. Just get a car rental. You'll save money.

Never again. I was over charge on my prepaid. I was told the mileage wouldn't start until Hinsdale they couldn't get a truck to the location 5 mins from me. They took my extra mileage out of my over pay and that was fine. We returned the truck with the right amount of gas. But now they are charging me for gas! Worse company I have ever dealt with!

The employee that helped was super cool and helpful but as a company you should offer better customer service. Especially when a customer made a reservation online probably tell them when their Reservation is being moved to an over two hour drive in the opposite direction of where they needed to be to get the uhaul just so they could get the chance to accept or deny that its being moved instead of receiving a confirmation email with the location they chose to pick up from. That employee was the only positive part of my entire experience with you guys.

Speak with Ryan, the Manager. He was awesome. Had the truck we needed on the day we needed. This is the second time we used this U-haul after having an extremely bad time at the Newfane, VT location. Will ALWAYS use this location!!!

I moved cross-country and my plans were a little bit indecisive in the beginning. The man involved with was initially really pleasant until untold him I no longer needed the car tow. He guilt tripped me by saying he wasted an hour out of his day to grab the trailer from another location. After I apologized and second time he again proceeded to say again how he wished he didn't have to drive so far (15 minutes) for nothing.

I only needed to have this for 2 hours. I think the cost of almost 70$ is a little steep. You should have something like anything under 5 or 6 hours is only 30 or 35$ and anything over that is the full price.

The fellow in Brattleboro was more than patient trying to get this trailer unhooked from my VERY bent ball. Also, he came out to meet me in the parking lot because of the Virus which I greatly appreciated as I had slept, ate and used a bucket to pee in my van so as to not encounter anyone in 1,600 miles. I self-quarantined for 14 days as of tomorrow.

You should make a separate entrance for the bottle redemption and uhaul. When you walk in all you can smell is stale beer and see dirty bottles. The van was new and clean but could have used winter tires. The lady that waited on us was very polite and professional and had the van warmed up for us

Never again the truck had bald tires, the power steering pump was broken and the suspension was shot and the engine light was on. Was abused by a representative after being told my truck may or not be there after driving five hours to pick it up and they changed the pickup location the day prior to a location a further 35 mins away. Totally disgusted.
