When we finally dropped off the vehicle after getting a new battery placed in it, the guy stayed after hours waiting for us to arrive to receive the truck from us. He checked the vehicle in for us so we wouldn’t have to bother with the app, he even brought up my original photos to prove a dent he found was there before we took the truck. It was probably the only positive experience with the whole UHaul thing we had.
