LOIS MCustomer service there was good. There was an issue with driving the van because of a bad tire or front end issue at speeds of 48 mph to 60 mph. They are now aware of the issue. Other than that my experience with dealing with that location was fine.

SHARI SI wished when I had called they would have told the trailer was due back at 10:34 am. Friday. When I called to check the store hours I was told I could return it Sat morning if not returned on Friday. I did drop it off Friday about noon not knowing I would be charged an extra $28.

ALIVIA JI found the app experience to be time consuming. The transmission on the vehicle is slipping which was a little disconcerting when driving this big vehicle I was not used to.

LYNN POur experience dropping off the truck was great, the man was very knowledgeable and polite. My husband had noticed that the towing button was stuck on and wouldn’t shut off, causing the engine to run in a lower gear, using more fuel and it was a new vehicle with only 2000 miles on it. But other than that we had a great experience.
JAMES JI simply want to say ‘KUDOS!!’!!! These guys bent over backwards to help me out a rental together, twice within a month or two, when I had very specific needs in order to do so. They were terrific!! I’d recommend them every time!! Thank you!!

Kirt SWe dropped off the vehicle after hours, so did not interact with the drop off location personnel at all. However the app for submitting reviews would not accept my “Not applicable” responses so I have given the drop off location the benefit of the doubt and rated them highly.

Marcia RSecond time in same month rented U-Haul equipment,first time ~great expierence and when finished comfortable with truck.sevond time was may 31 4pm pick (so I could make arrangements for a ride since I live about 12 miles from U-Haul location)had a call from a number I didn’t know in Massachusetts didn’t answer less then 10 min later again same number so as I’m leaving the my errand I answer it is Allen Dion field manager out if massachettes saying my rents days are not freeing the truck up for other families and I told him I’ve never heard of this and as he proceeded to speak down to me and be disrespectful as I tell him I don’t feel like a valued customer with his attitude tone and call in general,and he said if I spoke over him again the call was over and I said I hope it’s recorded and asked his name again and he said it indeed was being recorded,I explained my upset to the Brattleboro location manager Ryan walker ,when I went to pick up truck,he apaologixed and I got the truck,sat June 1 went to move truck in my driveway to start loading as my help had arrived as I’m disabled and had to plan this entire use of truck and time for help.truck didn’t not start,this was at 1:50 pm or so ,I called a number on the back of truck and a lady told me she would send a tow.a text msg said eta 90 min.man got here said battery termina was loose and had to jumpstart it and told me to leave it running 35-50 min .that was the entire part of the day hours for My moving and the truck smelt of fuel,a man from Arizona U-Haul number called asked if you had showed I explained I wasn’t comfortable with equipment and he said I could exact he it on mon as hard when the local office reopens,clearly Jo mileage was used except to get from store to my home and back and when I did ,they had called the very same person Allan Dion to ask how to adjust my days and charges to during the week,switch one contract to the new one,he flat out refused they charged my bank acct $137& change fee Jen I never used the equipment and then said I would get a day free,I had to have a truck so I took the exchange truck which smelt and looked like farm animals had been traveled in,thick black oil along the door tracks(pics of all)and Allen Dion refusing multiple times to give his supervisors name when I asked,he lied about the time I called U-Haul in sat June 1st sting 11 and I was back up and running by 2pm which is a completely inaccurate and I asked where he got those times from?I never went out to start to move until closer to the 2 clock hour to begin with,no apologies from any of those employees at U-Haul ,however the folks I spoke with in out of state location were helpful and polite,then I return the exchange truck yesterday (June 6 after getting this one mon the 3)to learn they charged me yet again,no adjustment for the exact he and the reason being I was told by someone in phonix Arizona to do it on mon when they reopen etc,$250 not counting gas I out in each time before return ,,I’ve used this location multiple times in the past and referred folks and I will NEVER AGAIN!still no one there seems to have any idea who a supervisor is over Allen Dion and themselves ,I was given a number by Ryan and it was a Massachusetts U-Haul retail store and the girl Taylor had no idea and did her best to try and help me,disgusted and on ssi,and they are robbing folks and doing illegal handlings

MARGARET BThe driver’s door leaked and I was getting wet when driving in the rain. This should not happen. It was very distracting as I was driving on the interstate. NOT GOOD! Looked like the door had been pried open at the top as if to retrieve the keys.

Penny SI was asked to pick up the truck a day before I needed it and was told I had h til Monday to bring it back. But, they neglected to tell me I had to bring it back to the location I was going to by 10 am. I told multiple people from U-HAUL that we were signing a lease at 12:30 on Monday to move in. HOW could I possibly have the truck back at a location at 10 in the morning?? AND was charged another $64 after already paying over $300?? I will never use this company again!
