This location did not have staff. We secured a truck from Superior Structures but the check engine light was on. Thankfully there was someone there that helped us find another truck. The location in Moore is a run down gas station with staff don’t help if there is an issue. I would not rent from either location due to the lack of staffing. There are too many variables that can go wrong when picking up a truck, as what happened to us. The truck at Superior Structures should have been checked that morning to ensure it was ready. That would have saved us time and stress in securing a new truck. The first truck was not even cleaned out. The second truck the cab was clean but the interior of the truck bed was not swept. I will say the location in Moore was more organized in having a clear way to obtain the truck. If there hadn’t been a person at Superior Structures, I don’t know how we would have gotten the keys.

The website didn't work for check in. Every time I tried it just reloaded the log in page and I had to start over. I gave up and the staff was helpful and was able to get me set up with the truck.
Braden GThe clerk didn’t know what he was doing. There was a language barrier. He told me there was no option for tax exemption. He said I couldn’t have a receipt because he added three additional charges. He called some guy named Ryan who also added charges that were erroneous. I had to call Ryan back who took over 30 minutes to issue a refund. The location appears to attract unhoused persons so it smells & doesn’t feel safe. Uhaul recommended this “new” location. I would NEVER use this place again.
