I ordered a 20' unit and it was ready & warmed up when I arrived. The staff was helpful, provided me with the appropriate paperwork, and explained what I needed to know about the unit.

Dallace JensenThere was garbage from the previous user but it didn’t really bother me. I did get stuck on an icy driveway as there wasn’t a lot of traction on the tires. The owner at QT tire who is the uhaul vendor was great and he came and towed me out of my stuck spot. For what I needed it turned out fine.

Dorothy JaceThey were friendly at the desk in outlining all the necessary information, but the truck was not cleaned in the back, the gas gauge was at empty rather than the quarter they had me agree to before getting the keys, and despite confirming to me that a dolly and furniture pads were in the back as I was paying for they actually were not. I think we were given the wrong truck due to a mix up, but as they had no other trucks in the requested size that I could see and my moving schedule was incredibly tight was unable to rectify.
Kelsey BlackDid not receive receipt for vehicle drop off OR a complaint or comment form. Had a breakdown with a 3 hour delay and no response from the help line. Paid out of pocket to get back on the road and very horrible driving conditions!!

JAMES MARTINThis location is in a tire shop business. Very limited parking and even though it was scheduled to come back to the Raymond location we were to have called Uhaul to verify that. If I wanted to drop it off somewhere else I would have made the call to Uhaul.

Amanda ThornhillFor starters when a pickup is scheduled for 10am I should have the truck by 10:15. I got possession of the truck at 12:30pm.was sent to raymond from lethbridge and no one was there to release the truck. Uhaul screwed up my online login so I couldn't get the code for the lock box.When I called uhaul customer service they played transfer tag and hung up on me 3 times and in the end I had to wait for the manager to get back while he spent another hr just trying to release the truck. Worst uhaul experience ever.
