I asked if I could pick up the truck 30 minutes early, and he said yes, but he wasn't there. I ordered 2 dollies, and neither was in the truck and ready to go. Wanted me to come back and pick up the dollies after I had already left, and of course, I'm paying for the gas and mileage, so that didn't happen. I will never again rent a Uhaul from this location.

The best service
AYMAN AThe lady Emily was very rude and not accommodating ! When asking her question about the U-Haul policy and things that I needed assistance with she was aggravated as if she didn’t want to answer them. She then tried to put an additional $50 charge on my card. When asking the guy that was very helpful about it he said Emily said to but couldn’t give no explanation as to why they was charging my card. I will never rent from there again!!!
