The staff that working here they have zero knowledge on the system of uhaul. I supposed to have my refund of $33 last month but they dont want to give it back to me showed them the reciept of it but they have zero clue how to do it!😡

45 minutes to pick up a trailer. 30 of it spent with the cashier trying to process my payment. 15 of it spent trying to connect the trailer because of a hitch issue. Cashier was also rude. Would not recommend this location.

He also didn’t answer any of my questions when there was a discrepancy with my contract, just referred me to the U-Haul website. Extremely dissatisfied with the service.

Stephanie KThey store the trailers poorly, theres no jack or stand on the trailers, they complain when they have to help hook up the trailers. i reserved a dolly, before paying i asked if they had any, they said they did, i paid, there was no dolly, they didnt know how to refund the dolly payment. They didnt check themselves to confirm the trailer was hooked up properly or that the lights worked.

Dhruv P1st) Equipment request was a 15’ or 20’ Recieved “free upgrade to 26’” because the two options above were not available. The bigger the truck the bigger the hassle especially in a condo setting or driving in a major city. Not an upgrade at all. The guy who set up the rental had no understanding of the system or the automation. Did not walk through the truck at all did not confirm cleaning or millage or what was in the back (ropes, dollies, or anything else)

These people also charges me for gas that I filled past the point it was at when I picked up. This is the first bad experience and will not or ever return to this location
Christopher DWhen picking up the rental truck, the truck had 1/8 tank of gas and afywr driving to the nearest gas station, the truck's heater fan was not working. Ended up taking the truck back and was told it would be ok but I told them we were driving from Fort McMurray, AB to Lethbridge, AB and couldn't do that without heat in the truck. So the guy working there then spent the next 30mins on phone with multiple people finding out if he could give me the 26ft truck when I only reserved 20 ft truck as they didn't have any other 20ft trucks available. Upon getting in the 2nd truck once it was finally approved, thus truck was on empty, less gas in it than the first one and the engine light was on. I called hom back and all he said was it would be ok but couldn't answer my questions as he didn't speak English very well, when I asked what if it wasn't? I was then called by an actual u-haul associate who was very helpful to me and was told the light comes on when it's getting close to being serviced. We pit some gas I'm it and drove to our hotel for the night. The next Mormons when getting to our location to load the truck, we opened the truck and there was still leftover garbage in the truck from whoever had it last. There was a TV, shelving unit, microwave, suitcase, broken glass and a frozen turkey in the back of it. We pushed all of that to the front of the truck just so we could load our stuff that we needed to. I had to call the u-haul associate to find out what to do with the stuff that was left as I wasn't responsible for it. Again this associate was very helpful and noted it on the order so that we wouldn't be charged for it being there. The gentleman at the return location was very polite and helpful.

Keith HGuy who worked there would never pick up the phone. When I got there he couldn't answer any questions. Was rushing me out. Waited at the door guy at the counter the trailer is out side and walked away. Finally got him to come out to show me. He pointed at it and walked away. Never helped hook up. Never checked light or hitch. Down right horrible staff. Once I returned it told him one of the lights didn't work and he pointed to the one that was out and said "oh that one". I never said what light was out. I would like to be contacted about this please

ADAM WDespite having my confirmation email that stated I had reserved a 6x12 trailer, the person at the pickup argued that I had only reserved a dolly. Eventually he figured it out but it was an annoying process. Then our vehicle was not compatible with the trailer wiring and there are no adapters available, so we had to go to canadian tire and buy one ourselves. When we finally were able to hook up the trailer, the driver side lights did not work. When we informed the person that the lights didn't work he just told us to not worry about it... Overall then process was way more frustrating than it needed to be.

Chelsey LI was quoted $41.22 but ended up paying $125 than being sent $28 back. I’m beyond disappointed with this company. Dont tell someone they are paying something and than double the price. I want my money back.

Chris JI had the truck for a 3 day rental and returned it within 36 hours..With more fuel than when I started out..The person at Quasi didn't look at any of my paper work or inspect the truck when I returned it..He just waved me away and said all is good..I was the only customer in the place so he wasn't busy..2 days later a lady called and asked if I had returned the truck and a day after that I was charged for extra fuel.

Dale TI picked up the Uhaul in Fort McMurray, Alberta, at a Uhaul/carwash business. The dealer did not assist in any way to help hitch the trailer to the truck because he was too busy helping his car wash customers at the till. It took almost 30 minutes to get my open trailer. I previously booked the trailer with customer service using the 800 number. My spouse is disabled, and we had to find someone in the parking lot to help us hitch it up. If a dealer can't assist the customers properly, they should have the contract cancelled and not be able to sell Uhaul services. The guy at the counter had limited knowledge about the Uhaul process... Open trailer: part of the license plate was missing, the unit was filthy, and the trailer door was tricky to open..we had to get a neighbour in our apartment to close the gate because it was jammed. The unit was not maintained and should be checked by the store with the contract to ensure it is in good condition before leaving the facility. I was disappointed using Uhaul this time; I have used them several times before.

Vitalii BNot all locations have equipment needed to move. This location had nothing. Very slow internet made us wait 30 mins even though I checked us in early online. Didn't provide brake fluid in the uhaul hydraulic breaks. So I had to get it with my own money.
Ryan GVerify that trailers are empty before processing a return. Not doing this may allow a trailer to be double-booked, with the property of one renter still in the trailer when it is listed as available on the website.
Phil OLocation is a complete disaster. Looks like its a junkyard inside the office. Nobody was round to help. I found one of the workers who was cleaning a vehicle he wasn't sure where the manager was and I was told to just drop the trailer. Office is extremely dark and disorganized. Very shady looking.

jagjit mArrive on time in the morning, operator was 15 minutes late, getting to work that day. I was told that I was 10 minutes late returning the equipment and would be charged for another day. the operator worked with me, and removed the extra charge.
