Get the people there to care. Come out of their office and assist if there are issues. Lights on the tow dolly didn’t work. It felt like I was a huge hassle to them having to come outside and troubleshoot. This level of service is unacceptable

Get rid of the person working there who doesn’t care while watching his home land videos. He said there is the trailer with no help at all and I took it 1800 kms without the emergency brake hooked up because I didn’t know about it. The people near Parksville were excellent
MARK MThe 20’ U-Haul I ordered had multiple issues You had to fight it to keep it in gear. Going uphill would cause the gears to not upshift which was putting the engine at 4K rpm’s while doing 50-60kph with an empty load. The steering wheel wouldn’t correct itself and would try to pull you towards any slight curvature in the roads. That U-Haul would have been a nightmare for an inexperienced driver.

Jacob LI thought the vehicles were full of fuel on pickup and you returned them full. The vehicle was dusty interior but as a moving vehicle that was not a big deal. Truck worked and drove fine.
