I originally was supposed to rent the trailer with ramps for the weekend. My husband picked up the trailer and the. Power supply to the trailer had been cut so many times the wire was too short. He ended up running back in to get an extension went back to the truck connected the trailer on only to find that the tail light on the passenger side of the trailer was not working properly. He was frustrated and laughed with the trailer and toe bringing it to the house and during the whole time thinking he should return it so he doesn’t end up getting a fine. About 45 minutes later we returned the trailer and ended up getting charged for a full day when we didn’t even use it. we were supposed to take a motorcycle down to Saint Albert for an appointment and we ended up having to cancel in the future, I feel perhaps before renting the equipment out somebody should be going over them when the previous person returns them so there is no issues for the next person.

George DLocation and person were dirty. They should a separate building/office to go into instead of having to go into the car wash.
Brian GGet the people there to care. Come out of their office and assist if there are issues. Lights on the tow dolly didn’t work. It felt like I was a huge hassle to them having to come outside and troubleshoot. This level of service is unacceptable
