The 20’ U-Haul I ordered had multiple issues You had to fight it to keep it in gear. Going uphill would cause the gears to not upshift which was putting the engine at 4K rpm’s while doing 50-60kph with an empty load. The steering wheel wouldn’t correct itself and would try to pull you towards any slight curvature in the roads. That U-Haul would have been a nightmare for an inexperienced driver.

Jacob LI thought the vehicles were full of fuel on pickup and you returned them full. The vehicle was dusty interior but as a moving vehicle that was not a big deal. Truck worked and drove fine.
