We dropped off after hours but it was so easy!
The front office staff at this location are amazing. The website seemed to be having a lot of trouble during my rental. Based on the staff alone I would highly recommend this place over other local options
Vehicle return system by phone unnecessary and to complicated for older customers. I will not rent from UHaul again because of this!

They did a great job helping when one of the trailers was broken. As a result they made it right and switched the trailer to a bigger version for the same price. Greatly appreciated!

The young lady who checked me in was very helpful and efficient and was able to answer my question about exactly what I would need to lock the back of the truck. Very good experience overall. Only slight negative is that we reserved 6 furniture pads, but only received 5, which was still sufficient for our needs.
The interior of the truck was dirty.

They forgot to tell me that when I bring it back after hours I need to take a picture of the mileage & gas gauge before I lock it up and put the key in the drop box. I got a text message but it was too late.
Make sure you have enough Dollies for every truck, so people aren't having to scramble in trying to find a dolly.
Trailer had defect. It was dangerous and I didn't need anymore stress.
Wasn't very clean and had pretty major recent damage to bumper that was just discovered when they brought it out for me
Pickup and drop off was completely easy
They noticed the previous issue and said that the pull down would be replaced.
Ensure if there is any change, date or such, U-Haul communicates to local vendor pick up Lucky they had a multi state vehicle available, not local, like their records indicated
about $2000-$2500 worth of our belongings were ruined due to leaks in the floor boards.

Very disappointed with uhaul. I have a uhaul rep 5 miles from my house but the closest one that had what I need was 30 miles away. Why have a rep close by that never have anything to rent. Rented a car doll and the rep closest to me hasn't had one to rent in 6 months. Biggest joke for a business.

The online check in process needs to be explained at checkout. It was confusing.
Very pleasant experience
We pulled Trailer approx 30 mile with nothing on it and had a tire pop and shred in to pieces. I am just very thankful we did not have the car on it. The service was there promptly. Unfortunately it also needed a Rim as well as a Tire. He was able to get one from another U-Haul Store. Overall we were down and out for a good 3 hours. Thanks, Kenny
This location was excellent. The original address I was given as a drop off location, however, was incorrect and badly misleading, causing substantial confusion and loss of valuable time when I was trying to move in to my new home. Please correct the drop off location instructions in the future.

My whole move went great
person taking my order had to no knowledge about the insurance being offered.
They reported that I did not return the truck when it was due when I dropped it off the night previously. They reported that I did not return the furniture pads when I had. I was charged $48.00 for missing pads and want a refund.
Make sure the ratchets are lubricated and in working condition. Knowledge of how to strap the vehicle down.

They didn't have the hitch equipment I needed in stock, but obtained it quickly.
The woman who gave me the U-Haul didn't put the dolly that I rented in the truck, even though she assured me everything was in order. She also told me I would need to wait 20 minutes to get the contract to reflect the full 48 hours that I paid for. In a word, horrible customer service.
I was told that i would be charged 39.99 plus 0.99 per mile. I also chose to get insurance which i was told was 14.99 for the day. I drove a total of 5.5 miles. That means my total would have been approximately 61.00 I even double checked to make sure there were no other fees. Yet In the end I was charged 122.00. When i called the location to inquire, i was told that she could not help me at all and doesn't know anything about it.
I think the woman helping us was very nice but it didn't appear that she knew how to manage all of the steps related to picking up the blankets in advance. She had to ask for some assistance and then also make a phone call. When we returned a dozen blankets unused the same day we picked up three dozen initially, she wasn't sure what to do either. She even seemed puzzled that we could get a refund on the unused ones. Overall the experience was good and she was pleasant.
