I was having trouble with the app and getting it to load efficiently. The online check in would have been nicer if I knew about all the steps to getting through the check in, or if there was a way to some of those things in advance. I was there for 25 minutes fiddling with the app and it finally all went through. Check out was just a troublesome. It hung on the uploading of the pictures for over 10 minutes and I tried to see if it was my phone, which he 5G and 4 bars ATT service, so I moved down the road a bit and it errored out and said I was going to have to retake the pictures. So I rebooted my phone, just in case, and when it came back up, it was showing that I had completed the check out process. It might be a good idea to see if the locations can have an open wifi connection so there would be no doubt that it wasn't spotty service on my phone, of if it is the app not working properly. I think next time I will just go in and check in and out, usually goes much faster.

The contract service providers were polite enough but U-Haul administration sucks... I've another move in about three years will definitely find someone else...

Gerald H.First trailer lights were not working then after hooking up the second trailer and getting cleared to leave discovered that the plates were expired. My return location claimed to never receive the trailer I returned after being informed that I was good to leave. This resulted in a 2 week headache of communicating with uhaul associates trying to locate a trailer that I already returned. Overall frustrating experience.
Edward K.Reduce the cost going mid west to east coast. I've never paid so much for a U-Haul in my life. And it was only 3 hours longer than the last one but 250% more expensive. Crazy

This is absolutely not correct since the "young lady" made me wait for about half an hour before serving me. She could ask me and I would definitely clean the van, it wouldn't take more than 10 seconds. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!! A low subterfuge to earn more money.

RAYMOND P.First know that we dropped off after hours using the app. There was limited lighting on the lot as well as very limited space to park the trailer. The lots gate was locked so we had to park it outside where there were already trucks parked so very little room.

JEFFREY F.If I can go back in time to any moment in the world I would go back to the day I went to pick up my U-Haul and punch my past self in the face for making a stupid choice. Not only was the online check in slow but it took an hour to get a message that contained the lock code for the back of the U-Haul so I paid an hour to sit and wait. The app would scan any code and say it was a success. I could take the app to Walmart and scan a pack of gum and it would say it was a success. I'd rather pay a couple of homeless guys $80 an hour to carry my belongings to my destination knowing there is a 50/50 chance they steal it all and buy crack. The U-Haul app is broken and took an hour of my money.
