Your reservation system is screwed up - you "guaranteed" me a vehicle that they didn't even have! If I didn't call to confirm a day ahead, I wouldn't have had a truck at all. I will never use UHaul again. I will GLADLY pay more money to NOT work with UHaul. Wow!

I spoke with several people and got differing times if pick-up and pricing! I had to call your 800 number and then almost did not get the service I was promised! Finally spoke with Ashley at the 800 number and while I was on the phone with her she got everything straightened out!

I was a little concerned about the after hours drop off being a Saturday of a long weekend. But I trusted what the rental clerk told me about having video monitoring. May have felt a little better if I had a way to lock up the trailer when I dropped it off.

I was misinformed about the cost of the trailer. I only needed for a short haul and turned it in at a location near us and it cost $97.00. The location I turned it into gave me much better info but to late. I could have kept for 4 days at the same price but now I will have to rent again and will cost additional 97.00. Very disappointed!

Give customers more than 12 hours of notice if the pick up location has changed!!! I originally RESERVED a unit at a location much closer to where we were moving from. The location I chose opened at 7AM and put my minutes away from where I needed to be. 12 hours earlier, I am emailed telling me that my pickup location was changed and the business did not open until 9AM. Changing the original pick up location cost us time, time that we didn't have as we had to be completely out of the property before a specific time. What is the point in reserving a unit, 3 weeks in advance at a specific location, if your company decides 12 hours before pick time that you have to go someplace else?

We had reserved a 26' truck for Sat 7/8 and when I showed up to pick it up, they did not have a 26' available. They were looking around for one, but at that point I wasn't interested in waiting for them to find one so I took a 20' truck instead. At first they were going to charge me the same rate for the 20' as the 26', and finally with my persistence they discounted by $10. Overall, the equipment was clean and worked fine, just disappointing that they couldn't deliver what we reserved and didn't let me know before I had arrived - I could have gone somewhere else to rent if I knew prior to arriving they couldn't deliver on what I reserved.

One of the the absolute worst, stressful experiences ever dealing with your company. Your HQ and field locales are completely disconnected and operate like separate companies. Getting someone on phone is almost impossible and one hand has NO CLUE what other is doing on service, rates, and drop off information. Absolutely AWFUL!

You guys put a hold twice as much as w was billed. And we called uhaul directly and try to resolve the issue and they absolutely refused to do anything to help us. So we will be telling everyone we know to use Penske instead.

Front desk assistance was excellent. Equipment assistance and hook up was also very good, Location accessibility was good given my location. Returned euipment to front of building on Sunday with no security. Apparently there were no issues is but would have happened if the euipment was stolen or vandalized form the time I dropped it last night until they open on Monday morning.



the lot is full and there was little room to park the trailer, they required me to back it into a very tight spot with a tow truck in the way. The service was fine, but they need to remove inventory or cars and vans they are serving.
