Kirstine LRented from this location 3 times... Very substandard customer service to begin with. Secondly, they Never have the correct equipment that I order; furniture dolly. Then the owner insists that the regular dolly is a furniture dolly. So, after I turn in the trailer and dont accept the dolly, i must call uhaul to receive a refund for a dolly i did NOT rent... At this point, i will drive past this location to another to rent. Uhaul SHOULD consider removing this location as a rental hub!!!
Ernest Pthey need to communicate with the customer more. not everyone has the uhaul app. And they don't have hitches or hitch install.
