Trucks are located in the far remote hidden part of the plaza parking lot. That should be noted. Post use key drop is at the actual location. U-Haul app is problematic. Took us an hour with the help of customer service to pick up the truck. Quoted price was $19.95 plus 100 free miles. Ended up a $200+ rental. Very deceiving. Not the location, but the UHaul servers. This was the second time I've used UHaul but the store can't process the sale because the UHaul servers are down. Had the same problem at a Cincinnati UHaul three years ago, leaving us to wait 1.5 hours to get our truck. The Bethel store was great but feel badly we all suffer from UHauls under danke but evidently chronic network server problems.Jeffrey M.

The online early check-in did not replace some additional check-in at the pick-up location. The website asked me repeatedly to re-enter my alternate contact information. When the website required me to enter the mileage, it asked me to send photos of my driver's license a second time. I still needed to work with the agent at Quality Box & Pack to verify my driver's license. The agent was extremely helpful, but the self-check-in was extremely frustrating. I lost at least 1/2 hour of time in the process.Steven J.

The location was great!! The mobile pick up by U-Haul in general needs improvements. With full phone service, uploading pictures required logging in and out 4 different times. Then, if you put a secondary contact down on the day of booking, they don't allow you to use that person as a secondary contact the day of and you have to give another person. The whole process took over 30 minutes which is pretty frustrating and counts as part of your time of rental.Tristan C.

I was extremely mad as hell. I waited over fourty five mins trying to get my gift certificates to work. Nothing worked. Had to call two different people. The supervisor was gone because it was a Sunday. No one told me that you can't redeem multiple certificates you can only use one. So I had to wait a few days for the certificates to be combined. Then the one certificate number I did give them didn't work. Emailed her back. Then found out she is gone on vacation. So now I'm waiting and seeing if I'll get anything refunded for that 45.00 one too. It's just been one thing after another. But the whole amount was charged on my cc.KAREN S.

The U-Haul dealership did not go outside to inspect the vehicle before I left they said I needed to return it with a full tank of gas when I got down it was on empty and a tire was completely slashed I drove to my location and had to drive straight back and return it and go to another rental place to rent a vehicle to move it was a complete disaster they were completely on organized and I would like a full refundJillian W.

There was a low tire pressure gauge onâ€¦ And when I return the truck at a quarter till three, there was no one there to tell. Overall it was a great experience and the woman was very helpful. I have taken a screenshot of the dashboard as indicated I need to send that in to ensure the proper amount was charged to my card. Please advise. Thank youamanda H.

You should have a specific and place for people to park their vehicles while using your trucks. I parked my car in the lot and was hit by another person backing in a U haul truck. Not your fault, but you should suggest someone parks away from the trucks.Dee N.

Arrived at 330pm to drop off truck. Sign said open until 4pm but they were closed at 330pm. Took around hour to get ahold of someone to walk us through the mobile return.JOSHUA W.
The location was closed and the mobile drop off was extremely confusing. Had no idea what I was doing where to go and the uhauls were in a different from location where the store was at. Could not find the drop off box by the uhauls and then found it was not a box rather a slit in the doorway. Uhaul did not let us know that. I had a horrible experience with Uhaul today.Madelyn B.

This location's hours were posted online as closing at 16:00 when I arrived at 15:30 they were closed. The dropbox was poorly marked. I also waited on hold with UHaul customer service for over a half an hour before giving up. I had to check the truck in myself using my phone. I didn't know when I rented the truck that I'd be working for uhaul. I guess I'll be looking for my paycheck any day now.John D.

Cabin and truck bed were not clean. There was a screw in the back tire which caused us to have to stop frequently to put in air. It should have been detected by uhaul before we left. I will never use uhaual again nor recommend it.lynn H.
