I would like to say that the drop off point was my third choice since the original drop off was not open at 1:30 PM but already closed. The only provision was to get online using your phone and I am not technologically savvy. The second location had closed it was no longer there. The third location at Bethel Road was extremely helpful and had contacted you haul and explained why I was dropping the truck there since they were open. She also assisted in getting a charge for a different drops own dropped. I appreciate this greatly. I would return to the Bethel Road location for any future business.

When we arrived the uhaul we had reserved was not available so we had to go to another location. The uhaul we rented did the job however was not in the greatest condition ie. the tow hitch. We also were not given the proper equipment to hook up for the tail lights. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to be told to make sure to look for it, instead of having to find out the hard way.

I got my receipt and it showed I only used 90 miles of the 137 allowed. I didn’t receive refund for the other 47 miles

While dropping the vehicle i faced a big problem while completing the return process in online since it was giving some run time error. i had to call customer service to finish that process and it almost wasted more than 1 hour time.

I was a walk-in and attendant was polite and helpful getting me a truck to use immediately. She offered extras and when I declined did not continue to try and up sell me. This location has after hours drop-off and attendant showed me the simple process to do that. My final bill was accurate and I did after-hours return.

1- The AC in the store was set on, I would guess, at 79 deg. Very warm. 2- Spicy food smell was all over the store. 3- The truck fuel tank was not on full. I put 23 miles during my trip and when I refilled it, it took about 6 gallons to fill it. When I brought that to attention of your agent, she was very defensive and she told me " you know that when the track is old it consumes more gas". What? does that mean that if the track is old, I pay for the extra gas consumed? and what type of track consumes 1 gal per 6 mil? That is very nonprofessional. The staff was friendly and thorough. Not sure if one girl was new but she was very slow putting in my information and needed help. The other employee got 2 other customers taken care of in the time i was helped. There were 3 other people picking up or dropping off so overall okay experience. Also when I made my reservation it was for pick up at 830am and the day before I was moving i was told I couldn't pick up til 10 am and at a different location than planned, which added mileage to the rental and set my day back slightly. If a rep replies to these, could they explain why on top of the rental fee for mileage, why we are also required to fill gas back where it started? I understand the concept for the next customer and profit, but $250 for a 90 mile trip one way, that puts very little "wear and tear" on the truck. If I am alotted certain mileage in my initial fee shouldn't gas used be included? Then pay per mile after? Its like I am renting the truck and renting the gas.

This is strictly a self service location in a parking lot with no assistance. Hard to locate, sign on main road tiny and unnoticeable. Same with key drop.

I set for a 3 hour trip and to drop off at different location, as well as estimated milage, and i called beforehand to verify. When i got there, she said i could only have it for two hours, and i had to bring to same location, and didn't even have the info i put on the uhaul site. Will never use uhaul again, especially not at that location, it cost me 20 bucks more because i didn't have reschedule as an option. Left public comments on google, and a few other sites

I was not happy that I had to go to a different location than the one I requested a week in advance to pick up the truck. It was 20 minutes out of the way and not very convenient.

I was forced to deal with the clerk after mobile check in didn't work. She canceled my reservation, was hard to understand, and I was forced to return the vehicle to that location when I chose to return the vehicle to a different location when I made my reservation... costing me extra mileage. Overall not a fun experience

They double booked our truck and we didn't get the size truck we needed and we got it hours late. Terrible!

Our order was incorrect and we were double charged for our equipment. It took several hours to figure everything out over the phone and we would like a partial refund. The staff at the pick-up location was not adequately trained to use the equipment and help set up the tow dolly.
