Truck lot inconvenient to office location. Pads that were requested were not available. Interior cleanliness of the cab was undesirable and reeked of stale cigarette smoke.James C.

I will never use U-Haul again. Finding a location to return the truck to was a nightmare. I was also never worn that I wouldn't be able to return a van to a location other than the one I picked it up from originally, and I really would've liked to of known about that prior. Overall ended up wasting way too much money on a truck that was too big for my needs and it was the worst thing ever zero out of 10.Maxfield B.

The only problem I had was for a short period of time on the Highway, the truck started to shake pretty bad. I thought I was going to have to pull over and call for help. Luckily, it worked itself out!ðŸ˜€Patricia R.

Everything (pick up and drop off) went smooth. Staff was awesome to work with. Text messages and web site protocols at pick up and drop off were easy to read and navigate. Truck was the cleanest vehicle I have ever rented. Will definitely rent from this location again.Teri W.

the location where you pick up and drop off the truck is directly beside a bar, which is kind of dangerous at night for women as there were a lot of men just standing around outside. the parking lot is not well lit. other than that decent area and easy pick up.Kimberly B.
The application and website did not work what so ever upon drop off, we tried to call the location several times and got no answer. The location is located 500-750 feet away from the truck drop off so it took an entire hour to drop off. The women inside REFUSED to come check the van and instead decided to charge me despite cleaning it up, filling the truck with more gas than I was given upon pickup, and trying to turn it in 20 minutes before required drop off. Horrible and I will make sure no one I know ever uses this location.Avery K.
It was a very long walk to the area where many bing trucks were located. It took more time to walk around and find the correct truck. It was a really hot day. Maybe offering some bottled water would have been much appreciated!Jennifer M.

The customer behind me was scheduled for a 8am pickup. Mine was scheduled for 10. We both had selected the mobile check in. He had to wait 2 hours until they opened. The appliance dolly and the pads that I ordered were not in the truck so mobile pickup would not have worked for us either. The mobile check in did not work. It kept saying we had to wait until the location opened.Rhonda H.

The problem is not this location; the problems involved using the U-Haul app to return my equipment after hours. The app would not allow me to proceed through the prompts when trying to return my equipment. I called roadside assistance and also used a live chat feature to try to speak to someone, but I was always on hold and no one was available to help me.Megan W.
The truck was dirty. The pads were strewn around back. There were 3 dollies in the back 2 were loose and took up moving space. The agent was nice. The app made me take pictures but I had taken some already and would not upload them. I had to go back to truck across lot and take pictures to check in after hours.thomas N.

I reserved 2 dollys, neither were available when we picked up the rental.moving was extremely inconvenient. We had no notice prior to picking up the truck that they were going to change our reservation or we could have tried to borrow from someone.It was impossible to reach anyone at uhaul for reservation assistance. When I got the van there were blankets unfolded tossed about in it. I did not rent them and left in van folded. There was a big cardboard uhaul add for 19.95 also in the back cargo space, but most concerning is we found a large chef knife on the floor. I disposed the knife and swept the van cargo space. The website was unclear about the rules for my specific truck. The website listed an alternate return location as â€œoptionalâ€, yet when I rented my truck, I was informed that I needed to drive it two hours back to the original location. There was no clear information in my reservation. When I tried to reach customer support on numerous occasions, all call wait times were a minimum of a half an hour.Joseph M.

The location did not have any of the dollies I reserved. As a disabled person, this was a big problem for me. Also, the truck had clearly not been cleaned. It even had half drunk water bottles from the previous users. I was not told how to do the online check out or that I needed to do it before turning in my keys. Last, the tank only had 1/4 tank when I picked up the truck, which made me concerned I would be charged to replace the full tank, despite it being almost empty when I got it.Story E.
I was unable to get the online check out process to work (camera function to take photos didn't load on my iphone 12) and I got charged $20 for it. I also opted out of the insurance but was billed for it. Location was fine, staff was courteous, but end led to doubling my bill.Benjamin K.

Trucks are located in the far remote hidden part of the plaza parking lot. That should be noted. Post use key drop is at the actual location. U-Haul app is problematic. Took us an hour with the help of customer service to pick up the truck. Quoted price was $19.95 plus 100 free miles. Ended up a $200+ rental. Very deceiving. Not the location, but the UHaul servers. This was the second time I've used UHaul but the store can't process the sale because the UHaul servers are down. Had the same problem at a Cincinnati UHaul three years ago, leaving us to wait 1.5 hours to get our truck. The Bethel store was great but feel badly we all suffer from UHauls under danke but evidently chronic network server problems.Jeffrey M.

The online early check-in did not replace some additional check-in at the pick-up location. The website asked me repeatedly to re-enter my alternate contact information. When the website required me to enter the mileage, it asked me to send photos of my driver's license a second time. I still needed to work with the agent at Quality Box & Pack to verify my driver's license. The agent was extremely helpful, but the self-check-in was extremely frustrating. I lost at least 1/2 hour of time in the process.Steven J.
