For a drop off, it was closed. And it was in the middle of a retail commercial park. There was no parking. There was no instructions on where to park the car. It was really strange, it just didn't have the typical appeal of a normal. You haul location, I had to call in and confirm that that was the location.I took all the pictures and left the vehicle there with the keys in it.But there was no instructions on what to do.It was very frustrating

Please make sure the rental vehicle you give out are actually good to go I had a check engine light on my first one and a tire light on the one they switched me into

Office was difficult/impossible to pinpoint....luckily, ran into a customer who was returning a rental and they showed us the office location which was a Fed Ex/mailing business a couple of blocks away...with tiny uhaul sign on door. Great service once we found the office.

Wish they had more boxes to order. I needed 125 small boxes and had to drive to other uhauls center to get them and it took 45 minutes because of the line there

Truck smells like weed

we got charged double rental fee, double safe miles fee. It was supposed to be $79 or so with expected miles. we were a few miles over so we epxected a charge around $85 and instead we were charged $145.

The engine light was on, and they seemed to know about it. May indicate delays in oil changes and other maintenance needs which will be costly in the long run.

It was a little hard to find since the trucks were not near the location it didnt stick out as a Uhaul spot. Other than that it was nice

Clarify the gas situation. My truck was 3/8 full, so I filled it up right away. I ended up leaving it 3/4 full and am glad I didn’t fill it again as I thought it needed to be returned full again.
