The radio and comfort fan did not work. It was clean and ran well

Philicia DI had to go to this location after my original truck rental location reservation said it was not available when I arrived. (after a 10 hour drive). I had called the pick up location ahead of time to let them know I was going to be late and owner said it would be fine, that the key is in the lockbox. However when I arrived I couldn't get the code to the lock box as UHaul said that truck was not available-despite my confirmed reservation.
Zachary SThis isn't the fault of U-Haul, but a semi was parked back by the rental fleet. I had a 10ft truck that I picked up, thru the app, before U-Haul opened. I needed to do probably a 20 point turn to get the rental out of the spot. A bigger truck would not have been able to get out.
