Nothing. The agent was professional, the truck was mechanically sound, and in good condition. The price was right, and drop was easy. I received my receipt by email, so no problems.

it was a little confusing to have to go to the office to initiate the truck return, the uhaul gps didn't recognize me as being in the right location when i drove to the drop off spots.

Matthew HI dropped off the trailer at 5:15p.m. I was charged $21.60 for a late service fee. It said on my receipt that I did not drop off the trailer until 10:40p.m. Even if that were the case, I had the trailer rented for a full 24 hours. This sounds like a dealer trying to earn a little extra $ if you ask me. Not ethical at all.
