In-store location was friendly and helpful. Experience with the mobile app and trying to do contactless pickup was absolutely awful. I will never attempt that route again and recommend that nobody use the U-Haul app. Terribly run mobile app.

Very disappointed with my experience. I returned the U-Haul truck with a full tank of gas. The employee told me she was too busy to give me the receipt and said she would send it later. When I finally received the receipt, I saw that I had been charged for an extra 2 gallons of fuel, even though I had already filled the tank before returning the truck. I don’t understand why I was charged for fuel I didn’t use
Ali FThe store owner was very very nice. Even offered to stay late until I could get there. Although there was no problem with the store, the truck itself needed some work. The ramp was very hard to use. It did not want to go in place so that the door could latch. It was very difficult for me to use.
Tyler BCustomer service was not great. Description of usage of the equipment and furniture covers were not explained, leading to an extra charge for the 3 furniture blankets of the 12 that were not returned. The associate sometimes did not even respond to the questions asked.
