The truck was utterly disgusting. It had the smell of rotten meat. It was very dirty on the floor in all over the trailer in the back. It had the remnants of the meat blood all over the back of the truck. This by far has been the worst experience at first, I got real terrible customer service a few weeks ago and then this so I’m not too happy with U-Haul at this time. I don’t think I will be utilizing U-Haul in the future. also, there is a lack of customer service coming from these authorized dealers and various locations people are just there for to check. They’re not giving customer service the way I’m used to customer. Service has fell way off. You receive the best customer service with the phone reps, but your reps in person are terrible at the authorized dealership. They didn’t even have any empathy or display any about my situation. The guy even lied and said that the truck was just dropped off 10 minutes before I picked it up knowing I know the truth that meat smell was rotten in there for a while and I didn’t check the back of the trailer because the lady put the dolly on there and it wasn’t a U-Haul dolly and I was charged $10.80 twice they double charged me which that’s not you guys’s fault but when I say this was the worst experience, this really was and smelling that rotten meat made me sick to my stomach i’m praying for a resolution and to be appease for my situation because nobody should have to deal with that and also I hope I get a full refund that would be all the only resolution that was satisfying me after this hellacious experience

MOHD DRegarding the drop-off location, I didn’t really have much interaction there. I was just given instructions on where to park the truck and to leave the keys and contract in the back of the parking lot. However, the person there was kind and helpful. Because my interaction was very limited, I can’t really give a full review of that location.

AIMALE KNo washer fluid made driving in wet winter conditions dangerous. Key did not work in driver's side door. Was charged for 2 gallons of fuel even though I returned it with more fuel than when I checked out. Refund the $8.08 + tax that was charged for fuel. I took before and after pictures to support my claim. Please don't make me waste my time following up -- just post the credit to my card.

It was really strange, it just didn't have the typical appeal of a normal. You haul location, I had to call in and confirm that that was the location.I took all the pictures and left the vehicle there with the keys in it.But there was no instructions on what to do.It was very frustrating

DAVID OOffice was difficult/impossible to pinpoint....luckily, ran into a customer who was returning a rental and they showed us the office location which was a Fed Ex/mailing business a couple of blocks away...with tiny uhaul sign on door. Great service once we found the office.

David Mwe got charged double rental fee, double safe miles fee. It was supposed to be $79 or so with expected miles. we were a few miles over so we epxected a charge around $85 and instead we were charged $145.

RONALD HClarify the gas situation. My truck was 3/8 full, so I filled it up right away. I ended up leaving it 3/4 full and am glad I didn’t fill it again as I thought it needed to be returned full again.
